Taster – Free
Get in touch with us for your FREE taster workout. In this session we will explain what CrossFit is and let you get a feel for the place followed by a short workout. On completion, we will discuss what we believe is the best route to take. For most this will be the ‘Elements’ course; others however, may feel they would like some personal training. These introductory sessions are vital we feel, as CrossFit consists of a wide range of movements which require time spent learning technique and standards. Although during every CrossFit class technique is constantly practiced, most have felt it beneficial to complete our previous fundamental course or new elements package. If previously exposed to CrossFit however or already at a high standard of fitness, we can look at fast-tracking you into our CrossFit classes.
Elements – £60
Elements is a weekend intensive course designed to teach you in a relaxed environment, the movements you can expect to carry out on a regular basis in the CrossFit classes. The emphasis is on good form and three hours is dedicated each afternoon to ensure each participant is happy with the movement technique. After the weekend’s intensive training, the rest of the calendar month is free for you to enter into an unlimited amount of CrossFit classes. However the daily workouts will be tailored to a more basic level until that month has finished. (Free T-Shirt and welcome pack on completion)

For those that would like a personal approach to CrossFit, we can provide 1 on 1 tuition to meet your desired fitness and health aspirations.
Our daily WOD (workout of the day) will be up on the board and each CrossFit class will complete that workout. Times and scores will always be recorded. This is a great way to track your progress and a friendly way to compete. Every workout as mentioned can be scaled appropriately to the individual regardless of current fitness levels.
Ninety minutes is dedicated on Monday and Friday nights to the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Either as a supplement to CrossFit or if you would prefer to pursue Olympic lifting on it’s own, we can provide the guidance and programming you need through our BWLA certified coaches.
2 classes a week – £35.95 p/m
Unlimited off-peak (09:00 – 16:00) – £43.95
Unlimited (includes OLY lifting, Yoga and Open gym) – £59.95
Off-Shore Unlimited £35.00 (Available to those who qualify and pay 12 months in advance)
Pay as you go – £9 per session

Payment and booking
To book into any of our classes you have to register an account for Team-up. This is simple and can be found under our “Book Online” page. There you will see a calender detailing all our class times. Once an account has been set-up you can click on a class time and book. The Taster session as mentioned is free, however for anything else it is preferred if you book and pay online. Paypal or Go-Cardless is a simple and easy way to pay.
We offer a 10% discount to students, couples, sports/team affiliated individuals, and all serving or ex serving members of the emergency services and armed forces. This discount only applies to the CrossFit class membership.
