CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning programme that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and other functional movements in constantly varied and high-intensity workouts. The goal of CrossFit is to improve overall physical fitness and health through challenging and varied exercises.

Fundamentals

These classes are specifically designed for members who are new to CrossFit. During these sessions, our friendly skilled coaches will introduce 9 foundation movements, breaking down each movement, making them easier to understand and therefore perform. The undertaking of these classes is hugely beneficial to new members and will help aid the transition from previous fitness regimes to our CrossFit programme.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit classes for kids are a great way for young people to get involved in physical fitness and learn about healthy habits. These classes typically follow the same principles as adult CrossFit workouts but are modified to be age-appropriate and safe for children. Kids CrossFit classes may include exercises such as bodyweight movements, gymnastics, and light weightlifting, as well as games and other fun activities to keep kids engaged and motivated.

CrossFit Teens

These classes are specifically designed for teenagers and are focused on helping them develop strength, coordination, and overall fitness. The classes are taught by experienced coaches who understand the unique needs of teenagers and can help them develop their skills and reach their fitness goals.

The CrossFit Teen classes will incorporate functional movements, strength training, and conditioning exercises that are age-appropriate, challenging, but also fun. The coaches will also provide a supportive and encouraging environment where the teens can feel comfortable while they are working on improving their fitness. Whether your teenager is a beginner or an experienced athlete, CrossFit Teen classes at CrossFit 57 North are a great way to help them stay active, healthy, and confident in their physical abilities.

Open Gym

Open gym is a great opportunity for you to practice new skills, work on specific areas of fitness, or to just workout at your own pace.
